10 Person Capacity
These Above Ground Storm Shelters are made in one piece using 4000 PSI, 6" thick concrete and are reinforced with wire mesh and rebar. The door is double plated steel and inward swinging. They feature carpeted floors and wiring for electrical hook up.
These shelters meet or exceed FEMA 320 and ICC 500 requirements. They are tested at Texas Tech Wind and Science Institute to withstand winds of an F5 tornado. Each shelter comes with a Certificate of Installation from the NSSA (National Storm Shelter Association).

Our 6x8 Slope Top Shelters are our best seller and most affordable option. They feature a staircase and spacious inside.
This is a two-piece, in-ground shelter. It is reinforced with fiber and steel rebar and poured with a minimum of 6000 PSI concrete. All shelters meet FEMA 320 and ICC 500 protocol. These shelters have also been tested at Texas Tech, and they have been pressure tested at Architectural Testing.
These are also rated to withstand winds of an F5 tornado.

These safe rooms meet FEMA 320 and ICC 500 requirements. They have been projectile wind and pressure tested.
These would be installed into a garage or new construction home.
